We provide a selected range of bucket filling, lidding, and sealing machines designed for pre-made plastic buckets and tubs. Our bucket filling machines are available in both rotary and linear configurations, with options for semi-automatic and fully automatic operations. This range is ideal for retail packaging as well as bulk and HoReCa applications. The standard setup includes feeding empty buckets or tubs, filling them with product, applying a plastic lid, and final product outfeeding. Optional equipment is also available, including a bucket sealing station, inert gas flushing unit, and multi-layer product dosing.
Bucket filling machines are commonly used for liquid and viscous products such as Greek-style yoghurt, chocolate spread, ketchup, mayonnaise, and honey. Our bucket fillers can also be fitted with auger or weigh fillers to handle granular or powdered products, making them suitable for a variety of food and non-food applications.
