DESCRIPTION

The bucket filling machine LTF-1 is designed to automatically fill liquid and viscous products, such as yogurt, mayonnaise, tomato paste, ghee, processed cheese, and similar items, into pre-made plastic buckets or tubs with snap-on lids. This bucket filler can also be equipped with an electronic weigh filler or auger filler to facilitate the filling of granular and powder products.

This fully automatic unit requires minimal operator skills to set the operating parameters, load empty buckets and lids into their respective magazines, and collect filled and capped buckets from the outfeed area. The bucket filling machine can optionally be supplied with a rotary collection table, bucket film sealing unit, nitrogen flushing system, and other accessories as needed.
