DESCRIPTION
This rotary-type bucket filling and lidding machine is designed to automatically fill liquid, viscous, granular, powder, or multi-component products into pre-made plastic buckets, tubs, or containers with snap-on lids. Depending on the product to be packed, the machine can be equipped with a relevant dosing system, such as a volumetric piston filler or flowmeter for liquids, weigh filler for granular products, and auger filler for powders.
Its rotary design saves production floor space, eases maintenance, and reduces changeover time. This fully automatic unit requires minimal operator skills to set the operating parameters, load empty buckets and lids into their respective magazines, and collect finished buckets from the outfeed conveyor. The bucket filling machine can optionally be supplied with a rotary collection table, film sealing unit, inert gas flushing system, and other accessories as needed.
