DESCRIPTION

The TPF-1000 is a semi-automatic tabletop piston filler designed for volumetric filling of liquid and viscous products into bottles, jars, canisters, tubs, pails and other rigid containers. Its compact design, straightforward operation and low investment cost make it well suited to product development, pilot production, small manufacturing batches and businesses introducing new products or packaging formats.

The operator manually positions the container beneath the filling nozzle and starts the filling cycle using a foot pedal. The piston filling system automatically dispenses the preset product volume. The operator then removes the filled container and positions the next container beneath the filling nozzle. The machine can operate as a standalone filling station or alongside a handheld capping machine to create a simple semi-automatic packaging solution.

The standard machine fills volumes from 100 to 1,000 ml. For larger containers, it can be equipped with an optional 3,000 ml measuring cylinder. Additional options include a modified filling system for products containing particles, a heated balance tank for hot-filled products, and an agitator or auger feeder for high-viscosity applications.

Dairy Milk, Yoghurt, Sour Cream, Cream Cheese Homogeneous dairy products are filled using the standard piston filling system. Products containing fruit pieces or other inclusions require the optional filling system with increased product passage to prevent product damage and valve blockage.
Sauces & Dressings Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Salad Dressing, BBQ Sauce Hot-filled sauces and dressings require the optional heated balance tank with a heating jacket to maintain a consistent product temperature throughout the filling process.
Syrups & Toppings Honey, Syrups, Dessert Toppings, Chocolate Sauce High-viscosity products with a high sugar content may require a heated balance tank with an agitator or auger feeder. Enlarged product passages and optimised valve geometry help reduce flow resistance and improve dosing performance.
Personal Care Shampoo, Conditioner, Liquid Soap, Shower Gel Different product viscosities can normally be accommodated by adjusting the filling parameters and machine settings without modifying the piston filling system.
Household Chemicals Laundry Detergent, Fabric Softener, Washing-up Liquid, Surface Cleaner Verify compatibility between the product and all product-contact seals and gaskets during machine specification. Alternative sealing materials are available for aggressive chemical formulations.

CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

The final machine specification depends on the product characteristics and production requirements. The optional equipment below allows the TPF-1000 to be configured for larger filling volumes, products with particles, temperature-sensitive products and other specialised applications.
