The tabletop volumetric piston filler TPF-1000 is ideal for filling bottles with viscous and liquid non-abrasive products in a semi-automatic mode. Its straightforward design makes it perfect for packing a wide range of containers, including bottles, cans, and canisters, ensuring versatility in your packaging process.
The operator manually positions the bottle or container under the filling nozzle of the piston filler. Once the pedal is pressed, the bottle is automatically filled with the preset dose of the product. The operator then moves the filled bottle to the capping unit (optional) and places the next bottle under the filling nozzle. This semi-automatic filler is user-friendly, requiring minimal technical skills and offering simple maintenance. For greater flexibility, the filling cylinder can be upgraded to handle doses of up to 3000 ml, compared to the standard 1000 ml version.
