DESCRIPTION
The automatic spout pouch filling machine SRDF efficiently fills liquid and viscous products—such as juice, purée, fruit concentrate, peanut butter, chocolate spread, caramel sauce, and honey—into pre-made spouted pouches with a pre-sealed top spout and securely caps them.
In fully automatic operation, the machine rotates the indexing table, inflates the pouch with air or nitrogen (optional), fills it with the product, aligns the cap, secures it onto the spout, and discharges the finished pouch onto a conveyor (optional). It can also integrate an automatic spout bowl feeder.
Operators manually load bags into the magazine and feed spouts into the orientator, though both processes offer automation as an optional feature.
