DESCRIPTION
The shrink sleeve labelling machine SSLM-5 is the highest-capacity model in our range, built for high-speed, high-volume production. Capable of labelling up to 550 units per minute, it is the perfect solution for manufacturers needing maximum throughput in industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. It applies shrink sleeve labels with full or partial coverage, offering a seamless, high-quality finish while also supporting tamper-evident shrink seals for enhanced product protection.
The machine has a standalone frame that holds two label rolls, allowing quick roll changes while a set of rollers maintains the right material tension for smooth operation.
Bottles move along the conveyor into the application area, where a sensor detects each one. The servo-driven rollers dispense the preset sleeve length, and the servo knife precisely cuts individual labels, which drop onto the bottles.
Once labelled, bottles enter the steam tunnel, where controlled heat shrinks the sleeve tightly around the surface, ensuring a secure and durable fit.
The machine is equipped with an advanced PLC and an intuitive touchscreen interface, enabling smooth operation, quick adjustments, and comprehensive system diagnostics.
