DESCRIPTION

The SSLM-3 is a high-speed shrink sleeve labelling machine designed for manufacturers who need both precision and efficiency at higher output levels. With a capacity of up to 350 units per minute, it’s ideal for medium to large-scale production in the food, beverage, household chemicals, and cosmetics industries.

This machine applies shrink sleeve labels with full or partial coverage, giving products a smooth, professional finish.

The labelling process begins as bottles move along the conveyor. A sensor detects each one, and servo-driven rollers pull the sleeve material from a roll. A high-precision cutter then trims each sleeve to the required length before positioning it onto the bottle.

Once applied, the bottles pass through a heat-shrink tunnel, where steam shrinks the sleeve evenly around the bottle. This creates a tight, well-fitted label that boosts product appearance.

The SSLM-3 machine features a programmable logic controller (PLC) and touchscreen interface, allowing operators to adjust settings, switch between packaging formats, and monitor performance in real time. The changeover kit makes it easy to switch between bottle sizes and label designs, while the double-roll label system allows quick roll changes, minimising idle time.
