DESCRIPTION

The automatic sleeve labelling machine SSLM-1 applies shrink sleeve labels to bottles, jars, and containers. It provides full or partial label coverage, ensuring seamless visibility around the packaging. It also applies tamper-evident shrink seals around bottlenecks, making it a versatile solution across the food, beverage, household chemicals, and cosmetics industries.

Unlabelled bottles move along a conveyor towards the application area. A bottle sensor detects each bottle, activating the servo-driven rollers to unwind and dispense the required sleeve length. The servo-driven knife cuts the sleeve into individual labels, which fall onto the bottles.

After label application, the bottles move through the steam tunnel, where heat shrinks the sleeve tightly around the container. This process ensures a secure fit and strong adhesion, making it suitable for a wide range of packaging applications.

The machine features a built-in PLC with an HMI, providing intuitive operation, precise parameter selection, and a self-diagnostics system for efficient troubleshooting. The SSLM-1 is the entry-level model in our range, capable of labelling up to 150 units per minute. Its compact design, reliability, and ease of use make it an excellent choice for small and medium-scale production lines.
