The self-adhesive labelling machine applies pressure-sensitive labels to the flat tops of containers, tubs, jars, and buckets.

DESCRIPTION

The self-adhesive labelling machine SALM-T applies pressure-sensitive labels to the flat top surfaces of containers, tubs, jars, buckets, and similar packaging. The three-lever adjustment mechanism of the triangular label dispensing unit ensures precise and consistent label application.

A motor-driven conveyor moves items towards the labelling station, where a sensor detects each unit and dispenses a label from a roll-fed supply. A roller mechanism presses the label firmly onto the surface, preventing misalignment or air bubbles. The system accommodates various label sizes and shapes, including square, round, and rectangular, allowing it to adapt to different packaging formats.

Operators can set up the machine quickly, switch between different label sizes and packaging formats, and monitor real-time operation using the user-friendly touchscreen control panel (HMI). Built with a food-grade design, our self-adhesive labelling machine offers durability and meets the hygiene standards required for food production environments.
