DESCRIPTION
The self-adhesive labelling machine SALM-2F applies pressure-sensitive labels to round, oval, square, and flat bottles and containers with speed and accuracy. It handles single and double-sided labelling, making it a perfect fit for food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
A motor-driven conveyor moves bottles into the labelling station, where a sensor detects each container and triggers the applicator to place labels from one or two roll-fed supplies. The adjustable system allows operators to switch between single-side and dual-side applications, ensuring precise label placement on every container. A wrap-around belt presses each label firmly, creating a smooth, professional finish.
Operators can adjust settings, change formats, and monitor performance instantly through the touchscreen control panel (HMI). The robust construction supports hygienic and efficient operation, making the SALM-2F an essential solution for both food and non-food production lines.
