Air Rinsers
Air rinsing machines use clean compressed air to remove debris or dust particles from the bottle. The air is blown into the bottle, dislodging dust and blowing it out. Air rinsers are commonly used for light cleaning applications and are suitable for small to medium-scale production lines.
Water Rinsers
Water rinsing machines are the most popular units for bottle rinsing applications. They use a stream of water to rinse and clean the bottles. Pre-filtered water removes impurities. Repeating the rinsing process several times helps to clean the bottle thoroughly. Semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations are available to fit medium and large-scale productions.
Vacuum Rinsers
Vacuum rinsing units use a vacuum to clean the bottle. Special grippers fix the bottle on a nozzle, and a vacuum pulls the air out. The vacuum creates a low-pressure environment, spraying water into the bottle to remove dust or contaminants. Vacuum rinsers are suitable for cleaning bottles with small openings, such as vials or test tubes.
