DESCRIPTION

The automatic Doypack forming machine ADFM-1 produces empty Doypack pouches with an open top from a roll of laminated film. Operators can then fill and seal the pouches either manually or using a packaging machine.

It offers excellent versatility, forming standard, shaped, or zip-lock Doypacks, as well as bottom K-seal packets and sealed sachets. These pouches are widely used across the food, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries for packaging liquids, viscous products, powders, and small items.

With a stainless steel frame and protective acrylic guards, the machine ensures safe and reliable operation. It also supports additional features, including zip-lock closures, V-notches for easy opening, hanging slots, rounded corners, and various pouch styles.
