DESCRIPTION
The automatic Doypack filling machine RDF-ZW operates as a rotary-type filler for premade Doypack pouches, with or without a zip-lock. A multihead weigh filler enhances this model, making it ideal for a wide range of granular products, including nuts, coffee, grains, snacks, spices, dried fruits, and more. Running in fully automatic mode, it requires minimal operator intervention. The machine picks up an empty premade Doypack from the feeding magazine, opens it, fills it with a precise weight of product, seals the top, and releases the finished package onto the outfeed conveyor.
Depending on specific product requirements, various types of multihead weigh fillers integrate with the machine, including standard, dimpled surface, Teflon-coated (non-stick), waterproof (IP65/IP67), and screw feeder multihead weighers.
The Doypack filling machine RDF-ZW handles various pouch sizes and allows for quick and easy changeovers. In addition to Doypacks, it also fills and seals premade sachets. Optional features include inert gas flushing for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), a dust extraction system for dust-generating products, an expiry date printing unit, an automatic product feeding system for the multihead weigh filler, and more.
