DESCRIPTION
The automatic Doypack filling machine RDF-ZA offers a high-performance rotary-type filling solution for premade Doypack pouches, with or without a zip-lock closure. Designed for efficient and precise powder filling, this model features a servo-driven auger filler, making it ideal for milk powder, cocoa powder, flour, spices, protein powders, nutritional supplements, powder detergents, and other fine powders.
Engineered for fully automated operation, the RDF-ZA Doypack filler minimises the need for manual intervention. The system picks up empty pouches from the feeding magazine, opens them, dispenses an accurate product dose, seals the top, and transfers the finished package to the outfeed conveyor.
To meet varied product requirements and filling volumes, the machine can be equipped with interchangeable augers, ensuring maximum accuracy and product integrity. The servo drive system precisely controls dosing accuracy, reducing product waste and maintaining consistent fill weights.
The Doypack filling machine RDF-ZA supports various pouch sizes and enables fast changeovers. Beyond Doypacks, it also fills and seals premade sachets, providing versatile packaging solutions for food, pharmaceuticals, and household products.
Optional features include inert gas flushing for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) to extend product shelf life, a dust extraction system for handling dust-forming powders, an expiry date printing unit, and an automatic screw-type feeding system for the auger filler to ensure smooth product flow.
