DESCRIPTION
The automatic linear Doypack filling machine LDF-S efficiently fills pre-made pouches with liquid and viscous products, such as mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, condensed milk, beverages, liquid soap, and cleaning agents. It seals either a corner or top spout, ensuring secure and reliable packaging.
The machine supports various pouch styles, including standard and shaped Doypacks. It integrates precise dosing systems to ensure accurate filling and high production efficiency.
Built with a stainless steel frame and protective acrylic guards, it provides safe and hygienic operation. Standard features include a magazine for pre-made Doypacks, a volumetric filling system, a spout orientator, a spout and pouch sealing unit, and an outfeed conveyor for filled pouches. Optional features include inert gas flushing for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and a heated product balance tank for hot filling applications. Operators can switch between pouch sizes and formats, enhancing flexibility and productivity.
