The automatic linear Doypack FFS machine LDFF-ZW efficiently forms, fills, and seals Doypack pouches with a zip-lock closure, ensuring secure and reclosable packaging. Designed for granular and free-flowing products, it handles various applications, including coffee, sugar, salt, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, snacks, grains, and pet food, offering versatility across different industries.
This machine produces Doypacks with a zip-lock, providing flexibility for different packaging needs. A high-precision multi-head weigh filler ensures accurate dosing, optimising product weight consistency. Depending on product characteristics, the filling system can feature dimpled surfaces, Teflon-coated weigh buckets, or screw-fed multi-head weighers, ensuring smooth product flow and preventing sticking or residue build-up.
Built for hygienic and efficient operation, the machine features a stainless steel frame and protective acrylic guards with integrated safety sensors. It processes roll-fed laminated film, sealing the zip-lock profile to the inner pouch surface before forming the pouch by sealing the shaped flat bottom first, followed by the vertical seams. A cutting and separation unit transfers pouches to the filling station. Once filled, the machine seals the top seam, ensuring a leak-proof and tamper-evident package, before transferring the finished product onto the outfeed conveyor for downstream handling.
Additional features include gas flushing for extended product freshness and quick format changeovers, allowing operators to switch between different pouch sizes and styles with minimal downtime.
