The automatic linear Doypack Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machine LDFF-ZA efficiently packages powdered products into zip-lock Doypack pouches, providing secure, reclosable, and tamper-evident packaging. This machine is well-suited to various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, handling products such as milk powder, cocoa powder, protein powders, spices, and fine chemical powders. A stainless steel frame, protective acrylic guards, and integrated safety sensors ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
A servo-driven auger filler delivers high-accuracy dosing, maintaining consistent weight control. Different auger screw sizes and designs accommodate various product characteristics, from free-flowing powders to cohesive, dusty, or hygroscopic materials. The machine runs on roll-fed laminated film, forming, filling, and sealing stand-up pouches with a zip-lock closure. The process starts with sealing the zip-lock profile to the pouch’s inner surface, followed by flat-bottom sealing and vertical seam sealing to create a stable pouch. A precise cutting and separation system prepares each pouch for filling. Once filled, the top-seam sealing ensures a leak-proof package that preserves freshness and extends shelf life. A conveyor then transfers the finished pouches for downstream handling.
Additional features enhance efficiency and product quality. A nitrogen flushing system reduces oxygen exposure to help maintain freshness. An integrated dust extraction system improves hygiene when handling dusty powders. An automatic screw feeder provides a continuous product supply to the auger filler, ensuring uninterrupted operation. Quick format changeovers enable seamless transitions between different pouch sizes and styles, reducing downtime.
