DESCRIPTION
The automatic linear Doypack FFS machine LDFF-TS delivers high-performance packaging. It forms, fills, and seals Doypack pouches with a top spout for a secure and reliable seal. It efficiently handles liquid and viscous products, including mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, condensed milk, beverages, liquid soap, and cleaning agents.
This machine supports both rectangular and shaped Doypacks with a top spout, providing flexibility for different packaging needs. Its precision dosing systems ensure accurate filling and high production efficiency. With simplex and duplex configurations, manufacturers can choose the right capacity for their operation.
A stainless steel frame and protective acrylic guards with integrated safety sensors keep operations hygienic and safe. The machine forms pouches from a roll of laminated film, sealing the shaped flat bottom first and then the vertical seams. A sharp knife cuts and separates the pre-sealed pouches, transferring them one by one to the filling station. After filling, it automatically places and seals the top spout and moves the finished pouch onto the outfeed conveyor.
Optional features include inert gas flushing for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and a heated product balance tank for hot-filling applications. Operators can quickly switch between pouch sizes and formats, improving efficiency and productivity.
