DESCRIPTION

The semi-automatic cup filling and sealing machine SACF-1 is designed to fill liquid and viscous products, such as yoghurt, ayran, cheese spread, sauces, jams, chocolate or butter spreads, and similar items into pre-made plastic cups with pre-cut aluminium foils or laminated films, shaped precisely to fit the cup/container rim.

The filling, foil placement, and sealing processes are fully automated, ensuring high hygiene standards and operator safety. The manual tasks required for this model involve the operator loading empty cups into the rotary table’s cavity, turning the table by one position until it locks with the pneumatic stopper, and removing the filled cups.
