DESCRIPTION
The high-speed cup filling and sealing machine model RCF-3 automatically dispenses both liquid and viscous products, making it ideal for dairy, juices, sauces, confectionery, and various food or non-food items. It fills pre-formed plastic pots or containers, which are sealed with pre-cut aluminium foil. Optional features include a UV treatment unit for empty containers, a snap-on lid applicator, an additional filling system for two-component products, and more.
This fully automatic machine requires minimal operator expertise for setting operating parameters, loading empty cups into the magazine, and collecting the filled and sealed cups from the outfeed conveyor. It is well-suited for medium to large-scale production, requiring high-speed output.
