DESCRIPTION
The double-lane cup filling and sealing machine RCF-2 automatically dispenses liquid and viscous products, including yogurt, cream cheese, sauces, honey, chocolate spread, and similar food or non-food items, into pre-formed plastic cups or containers sealed with pre-cut aluminium foil or laminated film. It can also have optional features such as a snap-on lid application unit, an expiry date printer, and more.
This fully automatic unit requires minimal operator expertise for setting the operating parameters, loading empty cups into the magazine, and collecting filled and sealed cups from the outfeed conveyor.
