DESCRIPTION
The linear cup filling and sealing machine LCF automatically fills various food or non-food liquid and viscous products, making it suitable for yogurt, cream, hummus, juice, jelly, guacamole, chocolate spread, and more. It fills pre-formed plastic cups or containers, which are heat-sealed with pre-cut aluminium foil or laminated film. Optional features include a UV treatment unit for empty containers, a snap-on lid applicator, an additional filling system for two-component products, and end-of-stream group packaging.
This fully automatic linear cup and container filler requires minimal operator expertise for setting operating parameters, loading empty cups into the magazine, and collecting the filled and sealed cups from the outfeed conveyor. With its linear design and the option of 4, 6, or even 8 lanes, this cup filling machine is suitable for high-capacity production requiring large daily outputs.
