DESCRIPTION

The semi-automatic bucket filling and lidding machine SATF-1 fills liquid and viscous products such as ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, confectionery creams, spreads, and similar items into plastic buckets, tubs, and containers.

The machine fully automates the filling and lid-closing processes, ensuring high hygiene standards and production safety. The bucket weighing platform provides accurate net-weight filling of the product. The operator’s tasks for this model include placing empty buckets onto the roller conveyor, positioning a lid on each bucket, and moving the filled bucket towards the lid-closing station.
