DESCRIPTION

The bucket filling, sealing, and capping machine LTFS-2 can fill liquid and viscous food or non-food products into plastic buckets or tubs with a volume of up to 5 litres. The standard scope of supply includes one sealing station. It is also possible to install an additional sealing station to fill and seal buckets with different diameters.

This packaging machine requires minimal operator skills to set the operating parameters, load empty buckets, film roll, and lids into their respective magazines, and collect filled, sealed, and capped buckets from the outfeed area. The bucket filler can optionally be supplied with a rotary collection table, UV lamp sterilisation unit for empty buckets, nitrogen flushing system, labelling machine, expiry date printer, and more.
