DESCRIPTION

The RFCT bottle rinsing, filling, and capping monobloc for PET and glass bottles combines three essential processes into one efficient machine. Designed for still products like juice, milk, and drinking yoghurt, it handles a variety of bottle shapes and sizes with precision, making it an ideal solution for high-volume production.

The process begins as the machine feeds bottles into the rinsing station, where they undergo thorough cleaning with ozonated or reverse osmosis (RO) water to remove contaminants. For Ultra Clean and Aseptic configurations, an optional hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) rinsing feature ensures the highest hygiene standards.

After rinsing, the high-speed filling system measures and dispenses the product into each bottle with accuracy, using net weight or pressure gravity methods. Operators can adjust the system to accommodate various product volumes, ensuring consistent results. The process concludes as the capping unit secures closures such as screw caps, sealing each bottle and preparing it for distribution.

The RFCT monobloc supports different configurations of rinsing, filling, and capping nozzles to match specific production capacities. Its high-throughput design integrates smoothly with existing production lines and offers the flexibility to meet the unique requirements of any facility.
