DESCRIPTION
The BFCM filling and capping monobloc with intermittent motion fills liquid and viscous products into PET and HDPE bottles and caps them with plastic screw caps. It serves the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, handling a wide range of products, including milk, juice, yoghurt, topping sauces, syrups, and home & personal care liquids. You can add an optional standalone bottle rinsing unit to rinse bottles with reverse osmosis (RO) or ozonated water before filling.
The operator places empty bottles onto the conveyor, which transports them to the rotary indexing table. Once there, the bottles are securely positioned beneath the filling nozzles, where the first filler dispenses up to 70% of the set dose, followed by the second filler dispensing the remaining 30%. The filling system features diving nozzles, which minimise foam during dosing. After filling, the rotary table moves the bottles to the station for automatic cap orientation and placement. The caps are then screwed on using a capping head, and the filled and capped bottles are transferred to the outfeed chain conveyor.
