The semi-automatic bottle filling machine SABF-4 is ideal for filling liquids into PET, HDPE, or glass bottles using the overflow filling method. It is well-suited for most still liquids, such as edible oil, milk, water, juice, liquid syrup, and more. This model is designed for small-scale producers looking to reduce manual filling and enhance output efficiency. Thanks to its overflow filling system design, this bottle filling machine can accommodate a wide range of bottle volumes, from 250 ml to 3,000 ml, with minimal changeover time.
The operator manually positions each bottle under the filling nozzle. Upon pressing the pneumatic switch, the filling valve is automatically lowered into the bottle, dosing the product and reducing foam. While bottles are being filled in one section (2 nozzles), the operator replaces filled bottles with empty ones in the second section (2 nozzles).
