DESCRIPTION

The automatic bottle filling machine LBF is a reliable filling system, ideal for both food and non-food products. Perfectly suited for filling milk, yoghurt, ketchup, and juice, as well as non-food items like detergent, shampoo or lotion. This bottle filler handles PET, HDPE, and glass bottles and can also be adjusted to fill jars and tubs, with 4-6 dosing nozzles for an accurate and efficient filling process.

Bottles are fed into the bottle filling machine via a conveyor, moving steadily towards the filling area. A shut-off mechanism groups the bottles in sets, positioning them precisely beneath the filling valves. Once the bottles are in place, the filling nozzles lower into each bottle, ensuring accurate placement, and the filling process begins. This precise dosing method allows for consistent, efficient filling with minimal spillage. The machine’s robust stainless steel frame and protective acrylic doors with safety sensors create a safe and hygienic setup. The CIP-ready design with dedicated connectors makes cleaning simple and hassle-free.
