The automatic rotary bottle capping machine (RBCM), with 4 to 12 capping heads, provides high-performance bottle capping across a wide range of industries. It ensures consistent and reliable capping for beverages, sauces, detergents, personal care products, and more, making it suitable for both food and non-food applications. The RBCM machine series handles PET and HDPE bottles, ensuring secure and uniform cap application, while adjustable torque settings allow precise capping strength.
The machine operates via a continuous rotary system, offering high-speed performance. A stainless steel conveyor smoothly transports bottles into the rotary capping station. The automated cap unscrambler efficiently sorts and delivers caps to the capping area, while the bottle positioning mechanism aligns each bottle perfectly before capping. The capping heads descend and apply the caps with optimal pressure, guaranteeing a tight and secure bottle closure.
To meet the highest hygiene and safety standards, the RBCM includes a durable stainless steel frame, protective acrylic doors, and advanced safety sensors to prevent operational hazards.
