The automatic bottle capping machine LBC-FR uses a system of three friction roller groups to secure screw caps. The screw capper handles a wide variety of bottle and jar sizes and shapes, allowing for quick and effortless changeovers to boost efficiency. A conveyor moves bottles into the capping machine, guiding them smoothly to the cap placing station. The automatic cap unscrambler positions and places the caps accurately on the bottles. The positioning mechanism then aligns each bottle beneath the capping station. The friction rollers apply the correct torque strength to tighten the caps securely, maintaining a reliable seal without damaging the caps. Finally, the system moves the capped bottles to the outfeed area for the next stage of operations.
