The automatic linear bottle capping machine LBC-1 with a single capping head is a reliable and efficient solution for capping bottles and jars across a wide range of applications. It’s ideal for both food and non-food products, including beverages, sauces, detergents, and personal care items. The machine works with PET and HDPE bottles and ensures consistent, secure cap application, with adjustable torque settings for precise and uniform sealing. Depending on the capping head, it can handle screw caps, snap-on caps, and press-fit caps.
Bottles are fed into the capping machine via a conveyor, moving smoothly to the capping station. An automatic cap unscrambler then positions and feeds the caps to the station. A positioning mechanism aligns the bottles accurately beneath the capping head, which then descends to apply the cap with just the right amount of pressure, ensuring a tight, reliable seal every time. The machine’s sturdy stainless steel frame, along with safety sensors and protective acrylic doors, ensures safe operation and meets the highest hygiene standards.
